We have uniforms, but it's not a strict uniform. We have to wear school polos (white or navy) khaki bottoms (shorts/skirts/skorts fingertip length) any shoes. What pants should I buy (like skirts capris long, etc, etc) I bought black converse slip-ons. What color should I do my nails? What Jewelry should I wear how should I wear my hair?
I'm punk, so go with that intake, lol

First Day of School? Go with a bold color for your nails, maybe a deep red. For panjts, try slightly baggy, long pants. Make em as long as yoiu can without looking ridiculous. Your hair is great how it is in the picture, style-wise, a blackish color would probably be better, though. Something darker would suit you better. If you're feeling bold, try bold colored highlights. Like a rainbowy color, not naturalish highlights.
First Day of School? you should paint your nails white. and you should were your hair like that it looks pretty

First Day of School? First of all, I'd like to say pretty hair. It's almost like mine. =]
I'd buy a variety of your bottoms, of any length although I much prefer skirts over all of those.
For your nails, I'd go with a solid black [or black with polkadots] or a basic french tips. That way it wouldn't stand out too much.
Although a pretty pink looks good on alot, as do shimmer.
You could wear your hair down. Simple, or you could add a headband. Ponytails are always in, and still not hours to perfect. If you want to try a change, curl it in big, loose curls.
For jewelery, you shouldn't add too much. A couple bangles here, a chain there, and a collection of rings here.
Make-up, go with whatever you're comfortable with. Eyeliner is normally a teenage girl's nessecity, though.
But remember, whatever keeps you satisfied is good enough for anyone else. If not, that's their motherflipping problem.
First Day of School? straighten ur hair and put a bobypin with a side part, any color bobypin, make it cutee and fun.. wear foundation/bronzer, eye liner, mascara, lipgloss, blush... make up is so fun.. and it only makes u prettier so why not. and u say ur punk? k i have cali style so i switch everything up.. try some vans.. i have the cutest velcro vans.. and i would wear some kaki pants cuz i dont know about you but my school is freezinggg. im a junior idk about youuu. umm oh and bring a hair thing cuz u just might wanna put it up.. idk hope this helpss

Well make sure your accessories are unique and pop against the color shirt you are wearing.
Navy- light jewlery
White- dark jewlery
either way you can still had a hint of color to your jewelry.
I'd get a skirt and wear leggings under them. Rip them if you want that 'punk' vibe. If that's allowed.
I would do my nails in a bold color. :]
First Day of School? You have potential and love your new look, but in my opinion if you bought black slip-ons you should buy black capris to make it nice and not to slutty. For your nails, just keep them clean and natural or maybe with light colors such as sky blue. You don't need much jewelry for school unless you want to, you can put earrings and maybe a diamond necklace. Your hair should be as in the photo or with a headband but sometimes you don't have to straight it all up you can make a bang with a ponytail to keep your hair healthy. Makeup can be grey or black eyeliner with mascara and maybe eyeshadow to match your nail color if you put color in your nails.

First Day of School? i hav a similar uniform, well used to, white shirt and black pants LOL
well for my shirt, i usually pin the back of my white polo with safety pins (i love safety pins)
get black shorts that reach your knees (bermudas) i call them long shorts
and converse r awesome, i messed up two pairs in less than a year =]
your hair is nice, keep it that way, do short ponytails when it gets hott
and for nails, try hott pink, or electric blue, i personally dont like pink that much, but i love it on nails try wet and wild's wild shine in lavender creme
AVOID BLACK NAILPOLISH, i know you said you are "punk" but black nail polish is tooooo trendy and chips easily.
and for jewelry, layer tons of necklaces, and wear rings occasionally
