I have noticed if i go anywhere girls boys with piercings, bright color hair or goth, punk , emo kind of girls and guys stare at me. I find this really weird like couple times they have even winked at me ... weird dont you think? why do they do this?

We have uniforms, but it's not a strict uniform. We have to wear school polos (white or navy) khaki bottoms (shorts/skirts/skorts fingertip length) any shoes. What pants should I buy (like skirts capris long, etc, etc) I bought black converse slip-ons. What color should I do my nails? What Jewelry should I wear how should I wear my hair?

Navy and black are a fashion no-no, despite the fact that it goes with the punk persona. As for make-up, you could go to a department store and ask for a makeover since you're picking out your colors. Usually, they're very nice. Try Kohl's or Macy's.

sounds to me that girl one is just the type of girl who will hook u and be forgotton and girl two will be the one, who might have to wait a little while to find a good guy, but once all of the guys leave girl 1, theyll realize what they really want, a girl with an actual personality, and flaws, who they could actually want to be a girlfriend or maybe even more than that.
