What are some ideas to wear my curly hair in an edgy way?

i'm sick of it just being "just" curly, i'm an edgy person and want my hair to show you know, me. heres some info : my hair is a dark brown almost black color, its not short or long, like sholder length or a little bit past, its not super super curly its like soft loose curly but not wavy. my style in general is like punk alternative, if you guys have any pics, ideas, whatever can help that'd be great!

p.s. i don't want to straighten it everyday so don't put that as your answer

Get some fringe! It's very chic, if done right. Even if you decide against it, any style of bangs would be good to change up your look. Instead of straightening all parts of your hair, try straightening just your bangs.

I have curly hair, let me try and help. Wear a quoif, expiriment with taking small areas, or large ones and wearing different accesories by holding them in place. Make fake bangs as well! By taking larger sections of hair from the back, and pinning them in edgy ways in the front. You could do loose pigtails/pigtail braids, doesn't sound to edgy, but everything looks cooler when it's loose, and added a clip or headband. Messy buns are also pretty obvious with wavy/curly hair, it looks soo much better than with straight hair!! Good luck!

my hair is the same exact way and i have the same kinda style....but you could get it dyed black or get it permanently straightened i wouldn't but your choice or you could do the thing where your hair is blond and underneath its dark brown or black i dunno just suggestions.....

girl: try a REALLY high ponytail or french braiding(dont braid all the way! leave the end loose so peoplecan see your curly hair.)

guy: gelling just the fringe. erm alternatively you could wear those black knit caps?
